Dru: Thanks for your comment on the council tax. I d ohope that IF the Lib Dems get in then they can modify the system as right now there are too many situations that catch it out. Even a really common situation like a non-student living with students confuses the system. How daft is that? So here's to the hopeful crashing o fthe council tax computers. :)
