That's a silly way to say that out of the 2 properties I checked out just now, both this bedsit and this fantastic sounding flat aren't available. Well, that's slightly inaccurate. The first one is under referencing so some people (as there's 2 flats available) have nabbed them BUT they still might fall through and the second one the estate agents are waiting on the letter of the property to get back in touch with them to say exactly WHEN the property is available from.
Must keep looking!
