I know I've included it in an e-mail but I start my new job as a Family Support Worker for Social Services on Tuesday.

AMY:You do keep Fray Bentos pies in the cupboard and they store for ages. Whack 'em in the oven for 25-30mins whilst you do something else and jobs a good one. Glad to hear you've managed to connect to another bloke. :) Can't be bad!
