Lookeee - Snow in York! Whee!!! (Except it makes it bloody cold!)

I spotted this in WHSmith in York the other day and my rudimentary maths worked out that this wasn't such a good deal after all, as you'd be losing out on 2 pence (or £0.02). Now that's not too much per person but add it up say if 1,000 people spent on the offer then that's £20 profit Smiths is making out of silly people. Which is not on I don't think.
