It's interesting to me how opinions vary amongst people. See these from Twitter today:
Vue's better than Odeon.
Vue's better than Odeon.
Cineworld's better than VUE.
I haven't got any more to add right now, just that experiences and opinions vary and I wish people would remember that. These days, more often that I would like, customers tend to default to "anger", as if the company is deliberately trying to screw them over or deliberately ruin their experience. Speaking for myself, I can assure you, that is not the case.
